製品概要
5Lフォイル製バッグ-in・ボックスは、アルミ箔を中間層に配置した二重共押しフィルムを使用し、ピンホール発生率が低く、安定したバリア性能を確保しています。パッケージ底部にバタフライバルブを溶接しており、任意の傾き角度でもスムーズに注出できます。自動閉鎖機能により、逆流や汚染を防止します。
内袋は食品グレードPE＋PET複合フィルムで構成され、幅12 mmの熱シールでシールされるため、輸送および段積みに耐える突き刺し性を備えています。外装箱に支持されるため、最大22 kgの重量に耐えて変形せず、5層まで漏液なく積層できます。
容量は1L～20L、バルブ径は8～15 mmで調整可能です。お客様に合わせた外装箱の印刷、ロゴおよび番号ラベルの作成に対応しています。最小ロットは5000、サンプルは7日、量産生産は18日です。
