製品概要
このバッグ-in・ボックス包装は、段ボール製の外装箱と無菌内袋、バタフライバルブを組み合わせたものです。袋は液体を収容し、外装箱は輸送や段積みによって液体を保護します。また、バルブを取り出すことなく内容物を抽出できるため、ワイン、ジュース、濃縮液は最初の一注ぎ後も数週間鮮度を保ちます。内袋は多層バリアフィルムで、アルミ層が酸素と光を遮断し、内側の熱シール層がバルブシート周囲に密着したシール部を形成します。
バタフライバルブは逆流に対して確実に密閉されるため、注ぎ出しの合間に空気が袋へ逆流せず、袋は空になるにつれて空気を吸い込むのではなく自然に潰れます。10L前後が通常の容量で、袋の容量、バルブタイプ、外装箱の寸法はお客様の仕様に合わせて製作します。外装箱にはお客様のブランドマークを印刷し、袋は1～8色で印刷できます。バッグ-in・ボックスメーカーとして、Kody Packagingは広東省東莞の生産拠点で製造し、量産注文より前に無料サンプルを供給しています。
