This bag-in-box pack combines a corrugated outer carton with an aseptic inner bag and a butterfly valve. The bag holds the liquid and the carton protects it through transport and stacking, while the valve lets the contents be drawn off without opening the pack, so wine, juice or concentrate stays fresh for weeks after the first pour.
The inner bag is a multilayer barrier film: the aluminium layer limits oxygen and light, and the inner heat-seal layer forms a sound seam around the valve seat. The butterfly valve closes positively against return flow, so air does not travel back into the bag between servings, and the bag collapses as it empties rather than drawing air in. Around 10 L is the usual format, with bag volume, valve type and carton dimensions made to your specification.
The outer carton is printed with your branding, and the bag can be printed in 1–8 colours. As a bag-in-box manufacturer Kody Packaging produces at our Dongguan, Guangdong facility and supplies samples ahead of volume orders.
