5L foil BIB bag uses double co-extrusion film with aluminium foil intermediate layer for low pinhole rate and stable barrier. A butterfly dispensing valve is welded at the bottom of the package, allowing smooth dispensing at any tilt angle with automatic closure to prevent backflow and contamination.
The inner bag is formed by food-grade PE + PET composite film, sealed with 12 mm heat-seal width that resists puncturing during transport and stacking. Supported by the outer carton, it carries up to 22 kg without deformation and stacks 5 layers without leaking.
Capacity options from 1L to 20L, valve diameter adjustable from 8 to 15 mm. Customer-specific outer carton printing, logo and number labels supported. MOQ 5000, 7 days for samples, 18 days for bulk production.
