このバッグ-in・ボックスは、大量の液体製品を保管・輸送する必要があるブランドやパッカーのために設計されています。内側の袋は外装箱やドラムと組み合わせて使用し、輸送容積と保管コストを削減します。ガセット付き自立袋構造に、清潔で強度の高い四面シールを施すことで、角からの漏れを防ぐことができます。ARTAのオプションには、標準スパウト、スパウト付きキャップ、押圧式ディスペンシングバルブが含まれます。充填後、袋はそのまま外装箱に収まり、開封後も高い再シール性を保つため、ユーザーは液体を何度も取り出せます。
袋本体は通常、メタライズドフィルム、アルミニウム箔ラミネート、またはPE/PA复合材料で作られ、充填物に応じてバリア層を調整しながら、軽さ、防湿性、耐穿刺性を両立させることができます。外層は1～8色のグラビア印刷に対応し、精細なディテールと再現批次の安定した色調を実現し、アートワークバージョンの切り替えも迅速です。容量は100ml～20Lで、実際の充填重量に基づいて袋の寸法を設計できます。同一素材の対応するロールフィルムも、有效な充填ライン向けに供給できます。
