製品概要
このバッグ-in・ボックス形式は、液体食品や工業用濃縮液の移送・排出-annual Designedしています。ポーチは四辺シールまたは背面シール構造で形成され、均一なシール幅と高い耐落下性を実現します。無菌バルブまたはスパウト付きARTAをポーチ本体に熱溶融シールしているため、袋を外装箱に収めた後も、充填時は密閉状態を保ち、排出量を制御できます。ハンドル付き、ハンガー付き、自立袋タイプがあり、外装箱、ドラム缶、充填ラインに合わせて選択できます。
ポーチはPE、EVOH、PAなどの多層フィルムをラミネート加工して製造し、バリアと内側のシール層を各製品の酸性度、低温保管、耐穿刺性の要求に合わせて調整します。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、ベタ地、スポットカラー、グラデーションに対応します。お客様のアートワークまたは現物サンプルを基に校正見本を作成することもできます。標準容量は5L～25Lで、特定の充填ライン向けに1Lまたは3Lサイズも対応しています。同じ素材で適合するロールフィルムも供給できます。
主な用途として、プロバイオティクス飲料濃縮液、ジュース濃縮液、ジャム、乳製品、シロップ、ソースの保管、輸送、インライン充填のほか、食品工場内での移送にも使用されます。カスタム製造のプロセスは簡便です。サンプルまたは図面をお送りいただき、ポーチタイプ、バルブ、容量、印刷レイアウトを確認したうえで、校正と量産に進みます。当社工場は広東省東莞にあり、クラス10000のクリーン工場として、フィルム吹込、印刷、袋成型をすべて内製しています。最小ロットは10,000個で、確定したスケジュールに従い納品します。
