製品概要

このBIBバッグ-in・ボックスポーチは、外装箱と組み合わせて使用できるように設計されています。底部に二重ガセットを備え、充填済みの袋を確実に自立させ、包装後も安定状態を保ちます。各側のシールはフラットで丈夫な構造で、ARTAにはバタフライバルブ式スパウトが装着されています。軽く回すだけで開閉でき、使用の間も内容物を密封状態に保ちます。バルブサイズは充填機器に合わせて調整でき、袋の寸法やバルブ位置も生産ラインや棚での展示に合わせて変更できます。

袋本体は通常、食品グレードのアルミ箔ラミネートフィルムで製造され、充填する製品に応じてPE、PET、NYなどの基材を組み合わせることで、バリア性能と耐屈曲性をおご要望に合わせて両立させられます。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、細かなディテールを安定した色で再現できます。マットまたはグロスの表面仕上げも選べます。容量は100ml～5Lで、袋サイズ、バルブ径、液体の取出方法は、サンプルやデザイン原稿に基づいてカスタマイズできます。同じ材質のロールフィルムもご用意できます。

これらのポーチは、濃縮コーヒー、ワイン、ジュース、シロップ、食用油、各種ソース，广泛に使用されており、飲食店チェーンや食品工場の双方に適しています。カスタマイズのプロセスはシンプルです。ご要件を共有/sampleやデザイン原稿をお送りいただき、素材、袋の形式、印刷デザインを確認した後、量産開始前にサンプルを承認します。当社は広東省東莞に所在し、印刷、ラミネート、袋製造をすべて社内で行えるClass 10000クリーン工場を備えています。最小ロットは10,000個で、生産および出荷の各節目を注文ごとに追跡しています。
