This BIB bag-in-box pouch is designed to work with an outer carton, using a double bottom gusset that lets the filled bag stand firmly and stay stable after packing. The seals are flat and strong on all sides, and the outlet is fitted with a butterfly valve spout that opens and closes with a simple turn, keeping the contents sealed between uses. Valve sizes can be matched to your filling equipment, and bag dimensions and valve positions can be adjusted to suit your production line and shelf display.
The bag body is usually made from food-grade aluminum foil laminated film, and substrates such as PE, PET or NY can be combined according to the product being filled, so barrier performance and flex resistance are balanced to your needs. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which reproduces fine detail with consistent colour, and matte or glossy surface finishes are available. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L, and bag size, valve diameter and dispensing style can all be customised from your samples or artwork. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
These pouches are widely used for coffee concentrate, wine, juice, syrup, edible oil and various sauces, and suit both restaurant chains and food factories. The custom process is straightforward: share your requirements and send samples or artwork, confirm material, bag style and print design, then approve a sample before bulk production begins. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop covering printing, lamination and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production and shipment milestones are tracked order by order.
