製品概要
このBIBバッグ-in・ボックスは、大量の液体包装を想定しており、シールされた袋を外部ボックスと組み合わせて使用します。袋本体は全周囲を熱シールしており、丸いコーナーまたは角いコーナーがあり、充填済みの袋がボックス内に安定して収まります。ARTAには無菌バルブ、バタフライバルブ、またはスパウトを取り付けられ、フィルムに強固に溶着されるため、充填、輸送、排出中の漏れを防止します。バルブの位置も、充填ラインやボックスサイズに応じて調整できます。
袋本体は食品グレードのアルミ蒸着ラミネートフィルム（通常はPET/VMPET/PEまたはPA/VMPET/PE）で製造され、酸素と光に対する高いバリア性と耐屈性を備えています。内層は製品の酸度や充填温度に合わせて調整できます。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、鮮明なグラフィックと安定した色再現性を実現します。容量は5L～220Lに対応し、同一素材のロールフィルムも供給できます。
代表的な用途としては、果実発酵ワイン、濃縮ジュース、シロップ、食用油、醤油などの液体食品、飲料ベース、乳製品、非食品液体が挙げられます。
