This BIB bag-in-box is built for large-volume liquid packaging, where the sealed bag is used together with an outer box. The bag body is heat-sealed on all sides, with rounded or square corners available so the filled bag sits steadily inside the box. The outlet can be fitted with an aseptic valve, butterfly valve or spout, welded firmly to the film to resist leakage during filling, transport and dispensing. Valve position can also be adjusted to suit different filling lines and box sizes.
The bag body is made from food-grade aluminized laminated film, typically PET/VMPET/PE or PA/VMPET/PE, offering good oxygen and light barrier plus flex resistance. Inner layers can be adjusted to match the acidity and filling temperature of the product. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for sharp graphics and consistent colour. Volumes from 5L to 220L are available, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
Typical applications include fermented fruit wine, concentrated juice, syrup, cooking oil, soy sauce and other liquid foods, as well as beverage bases, dairy and non-food liquids. The custom process runs from requirement review and sample or artwork confirmation, through trial samples and pilot filling, to mass production and shipment. Our plant in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 clean workshop, with MOQ of 10,000 pcs and delivery on the confirmed schedule.
