このBIBバッグ-in・ボックスポーチは、大量の液体を充填する用途向けに設計されています。袋は自立式のガセット底を備えているため、充填後も自立して安定的に積み重ねられます。また、四方熱シールにより平坦で信頼性の高いシール部を実現し、外装箱内での使用に適しています。バタフライバルブタップを標準搭載しており、スパウトを回すことで流量を制御できます。標準的なスパウトや追加の漏れ防止プラグは、ご要望に応じて選択できます。袋の寸法とバルブ径は、充填設備や最終用途に合わせて調整でき、一般的なサイズでは1L～20Lに対応しています。
一般的なラミネートは、PET/ALやPET/VMPET/PEなどのメタライズドフィルムで、遮光性、酸素バリア、フレックス耐性を備えており、光や酸化から保護を必要とする液体に適しています。印刷は1～8色グラビア印刷で行い、鮮明な画像レイヤーと安定した色の位置合わせを実現します。全面背景、グラデーション、精细なアートワークもすべて対応可能です。表面処理は透明、メタライズド、マットに対応しています。100ml～20Lまでの容量がサンプル対応です。袋とロールで同じ印刷スタイルを共有できるよう、同じ素材のロールフィルムも供給可能です。
