This BIB bag-in-box pouch is built for bulk liquid filling. The bag uses a stand-up, gusseted base so it stays upright and stacks steadily once filled, while four-side heat sealing gives a flat, reliable seam that works well inside an outer carton. A butterfly valve tap is fitted as standard, letting users control the flow by turning the spout; plain spouts or added leak-proof plugs are available on request. Bag dimensions and valve diameter can be adjusted to match filling equipment and end use, with common sizes covering 1L to 20L.
The typical laminate is metallized film, such as PET/AL or PET/VMPET/PE, which combines light blocking, oxygen barrier and flex resistance for liquids that need protection from light and oxidation. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, giving clear image layers and stable colour registration, with full-surface background, gradients and fine detail artwork all possible. Surface finishes can be transparent, metallized or matte. Volumes from 100ml to 20L are available for sampling. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied so bags and rolls share one print style.
These pouches are widely used for coffee concentrate, wine, fruit puree, cooking oil, soy sauce and vinegar, as well as various industrial liquids, and they store and decant easily inside a carton or plastic box. Customisation is straightforward: send us a sample bag or your artwork and size requirements, we confirm structure, material and printing, then produce a sample for approval before bulk runs.
