製品概要
このBIBバッグ-in・ボックスは、食品サービスおよび食品加工業界の液体包装向けに設計されています。袋はカートンまたは再利用可能なクレートの中に収まり、その四辺シールによってパネルが平らかつ安定した状態を保つため、積み重ねが可能です。ARTAにはプルリング付きスパウトが装着されており、輸送中は密封状態を保ち、現場では対応する接続部品または分注バルブに接続できます。これにより、油やソースの充填、計量および衛生的な取扱いを簡単に行えます。
袋本体は4層のラミネート構造で、食用油や同様の液体と直接接触できるPE内側ライナーを備えています。外層は、剛性、バリア性能および耐穿刺性のバランスに合わせて選択できます。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、パネル全面で一貫した色再現を実現します。標準容量は10L～22Lで、袋の寸法やスパウトの種類は、充填ラインに合わせて調整できます。
主な用途には、食用油、ソース、濃縮液、液体シロップのほか、一部の化学製品およびホームケア用液体が含まれます。カスタム注文は、お客様からいただいたサンプルやアートワークを基準にできます。サンプル作成および量産生産の前に、構造、材質および印刷レイアウトを確認します。生産は中国広東省東莞のクラス10000のクリーン工場で行われ、最小ロットは10,000個です。また、本製品と同一材質のロールフィルムもご用意できます。
