This BIB bag-in-box is designed for liquid packaging in the food service and food processing industries. The bag sits inside a carton or reusable crate, and its four-side seals keep the panel flat and stable for stacking. A pull-ring spout is fitted at the outlet: it stays sealed in transit and connects to a matching fitment or dispensing valve on site, which makes filling, dosing and hygienic handling of oils and sauces straightforward.
The bag body is a four-layer laminated structure with a PE inner liner that can come into direct contact with edible oil and similar liquids. Outer layers can be selected to balance stiffness, barrier performance and puncture resistance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for consistent colour reproduction across the full panel. Standard capacities run from 10L to 22L, and bag dimensions and spout types can be adjusted to suit your filling line.
Typical applications include edible oil, sauces, concentrates and liquid syrups, as well as selected chemical and home-care liquids. Custom orders can start from your samples or artwork; we confirm structure, material and print layout before sampling and bulk runs. Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 clean workshop, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
