製品概要
このBIBバッグ-in・ボックスポーチは、段ボール箱または硬質の外装容器の内部に収めるよう設計された、フレキシブルなメタライズドライナーです。メタライズド層は光と酸素を遮断し、中の液体の風味がより長く保たれます。四辺シールによって袋は平坦で強度の高い形状となり、標準のARTAはバタフライバルブです。スパウト取付部品やその他のバルブタイプにも対応しています。バルブの位置、取付部品サイズ、袋の寸法は、充填ラインと外装箱に合わせて調整できます。
代表的な構造にはPET/AL/PEおよびPET/VMPET/PEのラミネートが含まれ、充填する液体に合わせてメタライズド層と内側のシールフィルムを調整し、バリア性能と耐屈曲性のバランスを取ることができます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で行い、安定した套色精度でブランドのアートワークと製品情報を再現します。容量は1L～20Lで、同じ材質のロールフィルムもご用意できます。袋の成形と充填を自社ラインで行う場合にも対応しています。
