This BIB bag-in-box pouch is a flexible metallized liner designed to sit inside a corrugated box or rigid outer container. The metallized layer blocks light and oxygen, helping liquid contents keep their flavour for longer. Four-side seals give the bag a flat, strong profile, and the standard outlet is a butterfly valve; spout fitments or other valve types are also available. Valve position, fitment size and bag dimensions can be adjusted to match your filling line and outer box.
Typical structures include PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE laminates, and we can adjust the metallized layer and inner sealing film to suit the liquid being packed, balancing barrier performance with flex resistance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which reproduces brand artwork and product information with stable registration. Capacities run from 1L to 20L, and matching roll film in the same material is available if you prefer to form and fill the bags on your own line.
These pouches are widely used for juice, coffee concentrate, syrup, mineral water, edible oil and similar liquid products, serving beverage factories, catering chains and e-commerce brands. For customization, send us a sample or artwork and we will confirm the material structure, valve type and print file before sampling. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, and the MOQ for BIB bags is 10,000 pcs.
