製品概要
ライナーと外装箱を一体化してバッグ-in・ボックス構造を形成します。液体は内側の袋に充填され、荷重は外装箱が受け、パッケージを保護します。そのため、輸送や積み重ねでは袋の機械的荷重をボックスが負担し、ライナーは液体の静水頭を支えるだけで済むため、多量充填時の変形を許容範囲に抑えられます。袋は満液時に外装箱の形にAdaptedし、外装箱から取り出した後も自立して保たれます。
注入にはバタフライバルブを使用し、押圧すると液体が注がれ、解除すると停止します。袋を傾けることなく液体を引き出せるため、吸引時に取り込まれる空気も少なくなり、残存液の品質を保つことができます。ライナーはメタライズドラミネート構造で、金属層が光を遮断し、一定のバリア性を付与するため、光に敏感な液体や長期保管する液体に適しています。バルブと袋の接合部はシール性能を確保するうえで重要な箇所です。
充填量、バルブ径、ライナーフィルムは、充填ラインと外装箱の形式に合わせて設定されます。外装箱は印刷済みボックスとして供給できます。まず充填設備に合わせてバルブの向きとコネクター形式を確認することが望ましく、その後、充填試験と落下試験を実施して、輸送条件下でシールおよびバルブから液漏れが発生しないことを確認します。最小ロットと納期は最終仕様に基づいて設定されます。

- 容量、バルブ径、ライナーフィルムを充填ラインとカートン寸法に合わせて選定し、外装箱は印刷箱として供給できます。バルブの向きとコネクター形式は、充填・落下試験の前に充填設備と照合して確認してください。
