このBIBバッグ-in・ボックスポーチは、液体食品生産における連続充填ライン向けに設計されています。袋本体は連結式で、位置決めエッジに沿って複数のポーチが接続されており、自動充填機を途切れなく通過できます。各スパウトには、開閉がスムーズで確実にシールできる96ozのねじ式キャップを搭載しています。その他のスパウト形式やバルブ形式も、ご要望に応じて装着可能です。シールは平坦で均一で、充填後も袋を安定的に保ち、形を維持します。

このポーチは食品グレードのラミネートフィルムで製造され、通常はPET/AL/PEまたはPET/NY/PEが用いられます。構造は内容物や滅菌方法に応じて調整可能です。表面には1～8色のグラビア印刷に対応し、ブランドアートワークに鮮明な画像再現性と安定した色再現性を実現します。容量は100mL～20Lで、スパウト、キャップ、ハンドルなどの部品は必要な組合せに対応しており、クリア、マット、フォイル仕上げから選択できます。
