このBIBバッグ-in・ボックスは、高バリアな液体包装ソリューションとして設計されています。ポーチはダブルガセット折りの自立式底部を備えているため、充填後も自立し、梱包や輸送が容易です。顶部にはバタフライバルブまたはスパウトを設置でき、バルブシートをポーチ本体に熱シールすることで、平坦で強固なシール部可以实现。注出がスムーズで清潔なため、繰り返し使用に適しています。既存の充填設備やcake handling habitsに合わせて構造を調整でき、耐圧性と漏れ防止にも留意しています。
ポーチ本体は通常、PET／アルミ箔／ナイロン／PEなどの多層構造からなるアルミ箔ラミネートフィルムで製造され、酸素や湿気への耐性を備え、内容物への光や空気の影響を最小限に抑えます。表面には1～8色のグラビア印刷に対応しており、ブランドデザインや製品情報を鮮明かつ安定した位置合わせで再現できます。容量は100ml～5Lで、ポーチの寸法、バルブ径、取出方式はすべて調整可能です。同一素材で対応するラミネートロールフィルムも供应可能です。
