製品概要

このバッグ-in・ボックスは、外側の紙箱と内側のフレキシブルなポーチを組み合わせたソリューションです。紙箱はポーチを支え、棚上でブランドを訴求し、内側の袋はシールと取り出しを担当します。ポーチは4辺すべてを熱シールし、フラットで強固なシールを実現します。また、スパウトまたはバルブを取り付けられ、最も一般的なのはシングルスパウト仕様で、なめらかな注ぎ出しと製品残渣の少量を実現します。開封後、パッケージは紙箱内で自立し、長期的な取り出しと保管が容易になります。

内側のポーチはアルマイト加工のラミネートフィルムで構成し、光遮断性とバリア性能を考慮して選定しています。また、充填内容に合わせてフィルム層の構成を調整できます。波状紙製カートンと組み合わせられ、スタッキングや輸送に十分な剛性を備えています。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷により、細かなディテールと安定した色再現を実現し、お客様のサンプルや印刷原稿に基づくカスタマイズにも対応します。同一材質のロールフィルムもご用意があります。一般的な容量は1L、2L、3Lで、袋タイプ、スパウト位置、カートンの開口部を充填ラインに合わせて調整できます。

主な用途には、コーヒー濃縮液、ワイン、ジュース、シロップ、フルーツ濃縮液などの液体食品があり、飲料ブランド、食品加工工場、餐饮チェーン、家庭用化学製品にも採用されています。カスタムプロセスはシンプルで、容量とディスペンシング方式を確認し、サンプルまたは印刷原稿を送付し、素材構成と印刷レイアウトを承認してから、試作および量産に進みます。当社工場は中国広東省東莞市にあり、クラス10000のクリーン工場を備え、印刷、ラミネート加工、製袋はすべて社内で行っています。最小ロットは10,000個で、納期どおり納品します。
