このBIBバッグ-in・ボックスは、剛性の高い外装箱にフレキシブルな内部ポーチを収めた構造で、液体はバタフライバルブから供給されます。スパウト仕様もご要望に応じて対応可能です。ポーチは四辺シールまたは中央シールの製袋方式で製造され、バルブはフィルムに熱シールされるため、丈夫で漏れにくい接合部が形成されます。排出はなめらかで内容物の残留が少ないため、長期保存期間中に繰り返し注液される液体に適しています。空袋は平らに折りたためるため、保管や輸送のスペースをほとんど使いません。
ポーチは通常、食品グレードのPE内層、高バリアの中間層、PAまたはPET外層からなるラミネート構造で、安定した酸素・湿気遮断性能を確保します。充填内容に合わせてフィルム構造を調整することもできます。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、アートワークの細部表現と套版精度を安定させます。お客様のサンプルや図面に基づくカスタムレイアウトにも対応します。一般的な容量は1L～20Lで、袋の寸法とバルブ位置は受注生産に対応します。同一材質のロールフィルムもご用意できます。
