このBIB バッグ-in・ボックスポーチは、液体の保管と排出用に設計されています。ポーチは4辺すべてに強化シールを施しており、折りたたみ可能な底部によって自立し、波板製外装箱にきれいに収まります。スパウトは、ワンウェイノズル、バタフライバルブ、標準的なねじ込み式キャップから選択でき、円滑な流れと容易な再シールを実現します。持ち帰り用および小売用として、ハンドルの選択肢を用意しています。
ポーチ本体は、PET、NY、ALまたはメタライズドフィルムに食品グレードのPEシール層をラミネート加工した구조이며、バリア構造は内容物に応じて調整できます。容量は約100mlから5Lまでで、一般的な1L、3L、5Lサイズも含まれます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷により実施し、サンプルまたは印刷原稿に基づくカスタマイズにも対応しています。自動充填ライン向けには、同じ素材のロールフィルムも供給できます。
主な用途としては、バッグ-in・ボックス形式で包装されるコーヒー濃縮液、フルーツジュース、ワイン、シロップ、醤油などの飲料のほか、持ち帰り用、越境輸送用、店内補充用があります。カスタマイズは通常、要件の打合せから始まり、サンプルまたは印刷原稿の確認、サンプリング、サンプルポーチの承認後の量産へと進みます。我社工場は広東省東莞に所在し、クラス10000のクリーン工場を備えています。最小ロットは10,000個で、印刷から袋製造まで社内一貫対応し、納期内の納品を実現します。
