製品概要

BIBバッグ-in・ボックスは、柔軟なラミネートポーチと硬質のフリップトップバルブを組み合わせたものです。一般的な形式には、三辺または四辺熱シールを施した自立袋やガセット付きブロックポーチがあり、落下や圧迫に耐える、美しく強度の高いシールを実現します。フリップトップバルブ、バタフライバルブまたはスパウトをポーチの上部または側面に装着することで、円滑な排出と残留液のない切り閉じが可能です。充填後、ポーチは紙箱に挿入され、整った保管、輸送および液体の反復排出に利用できます。

ポーチ本体は通常、食品グレードのPET/PE、ナイロンラミネート、またはアルミニウム箔構造から製造され、バリアレベルは内容物と保管要件に応じて選択されます。1～8色のグラビア印刷に対応し、アートワークを鮮明に保ち、色をブランドカラーパレットと一貫させています。標準容量は1L～20Lで、ポーチ寸法、バルブ径、取付Vq? すべて 조정可能です。同一素材のロールフィルムも提供可能で、社内で充填・シールを行う顧客に対応しています。
