製品概要
BIB バッグ-in・ボックスは、外装箱の内側に収まる透明なラミネート加工ポーチを採用しています。四辺すべてが熱シール加工により強固に密封されており、ARTAにはバタフライバルブまたはスパウトを取り付けられます。バルブは熱溶着によりポーチに接合されているため、充填後も漏れにくく、滑らかに開いて一定速度で注ぐことができます。透明なフィルムにより残量が一目で確認でき、棚上での視認性と安定した注出の両方を必要とする液体製品に適しています。
ポーチは食品グレードの多層ラミネートフィルムで構成され、バリアの組み合わせは内容物に応じて選択できます。印刷は1～8色グラビア印刷で行われ、鮮明なディテールと生産ロット間の色の一貫性を実現します。全面デザイン、スポットデザイン、ホワイトスペースデザインのいずれにも対応可能です。標準容量は1L～20Lで、シール幅、バルブ位置、ポーチ寸法は調整できます。同一材質の対応ロールフィルムも供給可能で、独自の充填ラインを運営する顧客にもMeet对应。
