製品概要
このバッグ-in・ボックスは、工業用および食品グレードの液体の移送、保管、輸送のために設計されており、カートンまたはプラスチック製外装箱と併用することで、充填済みの袋を直接積み重ねてパレット積みできます。本体は自立型のピロ形状をしており、端部は平坦で強度の高い熱シール加工となっています。ARTAには5Lリングプル式油バルブまたはスパウトバルブを装着できます。リングプルを開けると、ポンプヘッドやホースをバルブに直接接続できるため、取扱時の接触を最小限に抑えられます。取付部の溶接フランジにより、袋を逆さにしたり横向きに置いたりしても、シールの信頼性が維持されます。
ラミネートは、メタライズドPET、PET、NYおよびPEフィルムをベースとしています。メタライズド層が酸素、光、湿気のバリアとして機能し、内側のPE層が信頼性の高い熱封性と液体との適合性を確保します。膜厚と層構成は製品に応じて調整可能です。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で行い、オリジナルアートワークやサンプルの受け入れにも対応し、鮮やかな発色と小さな文字でも明瞭な再現性を実現します。
標準容量は100mL～5Lです。袋サイズ、バルブ位置、ARTA径は外装箱と充填ラインに合わせて調整でき、対応するロールフィルムも供給可能です。
代表的な用途には、食用油、醤油、シロップ、フルーツピューレ、洗剤、潤滑剤があり、工場内の移送や最終包装、化学およびホームケア分野の産業用液体の流通などに利用されます。カスタム生産プロセスは通常、要件の検討、サンプルまたは図面の確認から構造サンプルの作成までajn、サンプルが承認された後に量産移行します。当社工場は広東省東莞に位置し、クラス10,000のクリーン工場において、フィルム吹成、印刷、ラミネート、袋製造を社内で一貫して対応しており、最小ロットは10,000個です。
