製品概要
このBIBバッグ-in・ボックスは一体型スパウト設計を採用し、スパウト付きバルブを袋本体と一体成形することで、接合部からの漏えいリスクを低減します。ポーチは三面シールまたは四面シールにより平坦で丈夫な縁を確保し、充填後は段ボール箱または紙箱に直接投入されて、完全なバッグ-in・ボックスシステムを形成します。ARTAには標準スパウト、ポイント型バルブ、押圧型バルブを使用でき、排出しやすく、流量を制御でき、残液も少なくなるため、自動充填ラインに適しています。
フィルムの構造は純アルミニウム箔またはメタライズ高バリアラミネートを基盤とし、酸素と光のバリア性能および耐落下性に応じてPET、NY、PE層を組み合わせています。透明タイプとフォイルタイプのいずれも生産可能です。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷機で行い、精细な表現と安定した色再現を実現します。マット、グロス、スポット表現も選択可能です。標準容量は1L～20Lで、袋サイズ、スパウト径、バルブ種類は、お客様から寄托されたサンプルや図面に基づいてカスタムできます。同じ構造のロールフィルムも供給します。
代表的な用途としては、ミネラルウォーター、ジュース、シロップ、食用油、しょうゆ、洗剤、工業用液体があり、飲料工場、調味料工場、液体充填作業場などで使用されます。カスタムプロセスでは、要件の協議、サンプルまたは図面の確認、試作サンプリング、量産、出荷後の追跡から始まります。当社は広東省東莞に所在し、クラス10000のクリーン工場と、社内のグラビア印刷、ラミネート加工、製袋ラインを導入しています。最小ロットは10,000個で、フィルムから袋までの生産を同一屋根の下で完了します。
