製品概要

このBIBバッグ-in・ボックスは、カートンまたは外装箱と組み合わせて使用できる立体構造のバッグ設計で、大容量液体の保管、輸送、排出に適しています。バッグは四辺シールまたは中央シール構造で成形され、均等な強度と整った側面形状を実現します。ノズル、バタフライバルブ、またはクイック接続バルブを選ぶことができ、SMOOTHな充填と最終使用者による排出に対応します。透明または半透明フィルムにより液面確認が容易になり、外観は包装プランに応じて調整できます。

袋はPE、PET、PA、フォイルなどのラミネート材料から製造でき、液体の配合に応じて単層または多層構造を選択できます。これにより、バリア性能、耐穿刺性、シール強度のバランスをとることができます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷により、鮮明なグラフィックと安定した色再現を実現します。サンプルや図面に基づくカスタマイズに対応し、同一材料の適合ロールフィルムも供給できます。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、袋の形状、取付位置、バルブ仕様は充填や輸送のニーズに応じて調整できます。
