製品概要
このBIBバッグ-in・ボックスは、液体食品の一括充填、保管およびコールドチェーン対応，设计されている。袋本体は自立型の角底構造またはピロタイプ構造を採用し、四辺シールの補強と丸みを帯びたコーナーを備えているため、段ボール箱またはプラスチック製外装箱の内でも形状を維持する。ARTAには、シングルスパウト、ダブルスパウト、バタフライバルブまたは押ボタン式バルブを装着でき、それぞれ接合部に封止ガスケットを備えているため、箱を逆さにしたり積層したりしても安定した注入が可能である。
袋は多層ラミネートフィルムを用いて熱封されます。代表的な構造はPET/AL/PE、PET/VMPET/PE、PET/NY/PEで、食品接触用のPE内層が酸素・湿気に対するバリア性と耐穿刺性を実現します。外層は1～8色のグラビア印刷に対応し、単色面、グラデーション、細い文字を良好なインキ接着性で再現します。容量は100ml～20Lで、袋の形状、スパウト位置および寸法は、すべてお寄せいただいた版面データに合わせて調整できます。
代表的な用途としては、低温殺菌済みの卵液、練乳、シロップ、ジャム、濃縮ジュース、醤油、食用油、その他の液体調味料をはじめ、チェーンレストランや中央 kitchens 向けのソース供給があります。カスタムプロセスにより、サンプルまたは図面の確認、構造検証、サンプル承認、量産、出荷検査まで一貫して対応します。広東省東莞のクラス10000クリーン工場で生産されており、最小ロットは10,000個です。同じ素材のロールフィルムもご用意できます。
