製品概要
牛乳と乳製品飲料は光と酸素の両方に敏感です。長時間光にさらされると酸化臭が生じ、バリア性が低いと冷蔵保存中の商品寿命が短くなります。この牛乳用バッグ-in・ボックスは、光・酸素に対する高いバリア性を備えた銀色のフォイルラミネート内袋を使用し、チャラー内で安定して自立する紙製カートンに収納されています。中～大型の乳製品向けで、5L前後のサイズに対応します。ARTAはバタフライバルブです。押すと排出され、離すと停止するため、袋を切り開けて取り出すより清潔で、袋全体が空気にさらされることも防げます。バルブを閉じた後は、残りをチャラーに戻して保管でき、必要なときに牛乳を取り出すカフェ、パン店、家庭および業務用厨房に適しています。内袋は全周が熱シール加工されており、取り出し口とバルブは充填前にシールされます。完成後はカートン内に積層して輸送されます。容量、バルブ径およびカートン構造は、充填ラインに合わせてすべてカスタマイズ可能です。
