バッグ-in・ボックスは、輸送中に受ける振動、温度の急変、酸素の侵入に耐える必要があるため、バリア性能とバルブのシール性能が重要です。このメタライズ加工バッグ-in・ボックス袋は、メタライズ加工ラミネートフィルムで形成されています。アルミ層が酸素と光を遮断するため、長距離輸送および保存期間中のワインやジュースの風味低下が抑えられます。スパウトに取り付けたバタフライバルブは滑らかに開き、严密に閉じるため、液体を移送ドラムから直接取り出せ、詰め替え作業なしで供給できます。透明層とメタライズ加工層を組み合わせれば、視認窓を確保しながらバリア性能を維持でき、ワイン、ジュース飲料、天然水などの無菌輸送包装に適しています。
