製品概要
ライナーは透明ラミネート構造になっているため、充填すると袋越しに液体の色と透明度をそのまま確認でき、残量も判断しやすいです。外観が重視される液体や、充填後に異物を目視で確認したい液体に適しています。また、袋に吐出バルブを取り付け、外装箱にセットするとバッグ-in・ボックスになります。
透明フィルムはアルミ箔層を省いているため、保存期間が短い液体や、遮光を必要としない液体に適しています。その代わりに透明性とバリア性能のトレードオフが生じます。長期保存が必要な場合は、構造にバリア層を追加しながら一定の透明性を維持できます。バルブは押すと液体を排出し、離すと停止するため、袋を傾けずに液体を取り出せて、空気の巻き込みも少なくなります。
袋の寸法、バルブ径、フィルム構造を充填ラインと外装箱のフォーマットに合わせて調整し、印刷済みの外装箱も供給できます。まず、バルブの向きと充填用コネクタを確認することが推奨されます。その後、充填試験を行い、実際の液体と組み合わせた透明フィルムの見え方を確認するとともに、バルブ部のシール状態を確認します。最小ロットとリードタイムは最終仕様に応じて設定します。

主なポイント
- フォイル層を持たない透明ラミネート構造により、液体の色、透明度、残量を目視で直接確認でき、外観が重要な液体や、充填後の異物目視検査が必要な場合に適しています。
- 内蔵式プレスディスペンシングバルブは押すと液体が排出され、離すと停止するため、袋を傾けることなく液体を引き出せて、吸い戻される空気も少なく済みます。
- 取出バルブを袋に装着して外装箱に詰めるとバッグ-in・ボックスとなり、透明なライナーと外装箱を組み合わせた液体包装に適しています。
- 袋の寸法、バルブ径およびフィルム構造は充填ラインと外装箱の規格に合わせて調整でき、印刷済み外装箱も供給可能です。
- 透明フィルムはアルミ箔層を省いているため、保存期間が短い液体や光から保護する必要がない液体に適している。より長い賞味期限が求められる場合は、バリア層を追加することで一部の透明性を保ちながら長期保存が可能となる。
