製品概要

このバッグ-in・ボックスは、原材料を供給するフードサービスチェーンや食品工場を対象としています。1L～20Lに対応し、喫茶店向けのジャム、ジュース濃縮液、ミルクベースに加え、中央厨房向けのソース、液卵、調理油、シロップに適しています。無菌キャップは充填後に密封バリアを形成し、ホットフィル工程にも対応するため、常温での輸送・保管が可能で、コールドチェーンは不要です。

内袋は多層共押出の高バリアフィルムで、安定した酸素・水分バリアを備えています。キャップの二重シール構造により、開封した袋から残り製品に影響を与えることなく繰り返し注出できます。広口キャップは高速充填に対応し、店頭で店员が直接注ぐこともできます。補強された丸型コーナーは、20L満量での落下試験に耐えます。

波形の外装箱にはブランド・製品情報がフルカラーで印刷され、店頭での表示什器として利用できます。カスタマイズ可能：容積、キャップタイプ（無菌または広口）、内側フィルムのバリアグレード、箱寸法、印刷レイアウト。印刷原稿またはサンプルに基づいてカスタマイズでき、無料サンプルもご用意しています。
