製品概要
バッグ-in・ボックスは、印刷された段ボール箱の中に高バリアの柔軟な内袋を収めたものです。内容物が取り出されるCes내내り、内袋が縮んで空気が侵入しません。したがって、開封後も中身は長時間鮮度を保ちます。これが、ワイン、ジュース、コーヒー濃縮液、シロップ、食用油がしばしばバッグ-in・ボックスに詰められる理由です。
ARTAにはバタフライバルブを使用し、押すと注ぎ、離すと止まります。逆流防止構造のため、注いだ液体が吸い戻されて内袋を汚染することはありません。内袋は、光の遮断が必要かどうかに応じて、メタライズドまたは透明の高バリアフィルムから選択できます。通常の充填ライン向けに、ホットフィリングや無菌充填工程に適した無菌キャップと、標準のバタフライバルブをいずれも用意しています。
外装箱は平板状態で輸送されるため、倉庫スペースと送料を大幅に節約できます。充填機はこの箱を立てるだけです。箱はフルカラーで印刷され、店頭ではブランド表示面になります。カスタマイズ可能です：容量（1L～20L）、バルブタイプ、内袋フィルム、箱の寸法、印刷。
