2L liquid soap pouch designed for shampoo, fitted with a pump head interface heat-sealed to the bag body, available in multi-layer laminates such as PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE with 1–8 color gravure printing.
This is a 2L liquid soap pouch formulated for shampoo, and its key variant feature is the pump head: the pouch body reserves a pump head interface during bag making, which is then heat-sealed to work with the press-type pump, allowing direct dispensing by pressing. It suits liquid soap products such as shampoo that are viscous and require measured dispensing, and it is clearly differentiated from standard sealed 2L shampoo soap pouches without a pump.
Common multi-layer laminates can be selected according to the fill and barrier requirements: PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with multi-layer thickness controlled at 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm). For the surfactants, fragrance and water in shampoo formulas, the barrier layer combination can be matched to customer requirements, with the final structure confirmed by sampling.
The production process runs in the order of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing for brand colors, graphics and product information. The bag making and heat sealing stages control bag dimensions and the sealing stability of the pump head interface. Production takes place in a Class 10,000 clean workshop using food-grade materials, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
For customization, we support sampling from customer samples or artwork and can customize sizes and print layouts to order, including the pouch dimensions for 2L capacity, the pump head interface position and the artwork layout. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong. We recommend confirming material structure, thickness and hand feel, print color and pump head fit through sampling before mass production.
