The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing; the handle variant is produced through bag making and heat sealing according to the customer’s customized artwork, suitable for 3L laundry detergent liquid packaging requirements.
Production is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom. Food-grade materials are used, and material proof can be provided upon customer request. Sampling is available from samples/drawings, and sizes and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements.
