This is a 500ml liquid soap pouch for disinfectant, with a handle as the key variant for liquid packaging applications that require easier carrying and pouring. The pouch shape, handle and artwork can be customized and sampled according to customer requirements, clearly distinguishing it from same-spec, same-use liquid soap pouches without a handle.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite). The composite structure can be selected for disinfectant packaging requirements, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10000-class clean workshop for printing and bag making of liquid soap pouch products.
Custom services include sampling from samples or artwork, and custom sizes and artwork according to customer requirements; the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. The specific material combination and artwork effect are subject to sample confirmation.
