3L liquid soap pouch for disinfectant, fitted with a screw spout on top for easy pouring and resealing; supports multi-layer lamination options and 1–8 color gravure printing customization.
[Structure & Materials] The 3L liquid soap pouch uses a multi-layer laminated structure. Common material combinations include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). The structure can be selected according to the disinfectant's composition together with barrier, flex-crack and stiffness requirements. A screw spout is heat-sealed onto the top of the pouch for pouring and re-closing with the cap.
[Printing & Artwork] The pouch supports 1–8 color gravure printing for brand visuals, product information, usage instructions and warning marks. Artwork is produced from customer-supplied files, and pouch dimensions and styles can be customized to customer requirements.
[Production Process] The process runs gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Bag making and heat sealing are carried out in a Class 10,000 cleanroom to reduce dust and foreign-matter risk. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
[Application & Customization Flow] This is a 3L liquid soap pouch for disinfectant, fitted with a screw spout, suitable for large-volume liquid filling and dispensing. Customization flow: customer sample/artwork → sampling and confirmation → artwork and size confirmation → mass production. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, made in Dongguan, Guangdong.
