This 3L liquid soap pouch with handle is designed for hand soap packaging. It is produced in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 clean workshop. Commonly used multilayer materials can be selected as required, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multilayer composite).
The pouch body uses a multilayer composite structure, with optional 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing; the handle structure is completed during bag making and heat sealing, making the 3L hand soap pouch easier to carry and pour.
Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Custom sizes and artwork layouts are supported, and sample-based or artwork-based proofing is available to confirm the artwork, size, and multilayer material solution for the 3L liquid soap pouch with handle.
This product is for hand soap applications. The 3L specification and with-handle variant clearly distinguish it from other pouch variants with the same specification and use. The customization process starts with sample-based or artwork-based proofing; after confirming material, thickness, printing colors, and artwork layout, production follows the processes of gravure printing, lamination, slitting, bag making, and heat sealing.
