[Structure & Materials] This is a 5L liquid soap pouch fitted with a pump head. Common laminate structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a multi-layer laminated thickness of 15–25 silk, so the structure can be selected according to the contents and barrier requirements.
[Printing & Process] 1–8 color gravure printing is applied, following the process flow of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, all completed in a 10000-class cleanroom to ensure consistent appearance and seal edges.
[Application & Pump Head Feature] The 5L large-capacity format suits the packaging and refilling of dishwashing liquid and other liquid detergents; the pouch is fitted with a pump head for direct press dispensing in household or commercial daily use.
[Customization & Service] Produced in Dongguan, Guangdong, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs; sample-based or artwork-based proofing is supported, and size and print layout can be customized to customer requirements; food-grade materials are used, with material certificates available upon request.
