This product is a 5L liquid soap pouch for laundry detergent, featuring a screw spout as the key variant for laundry detergent and other liquid soap packaging. The pouch uses a multi-layer composite structure and can be made with common materials such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25丝.
Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The product is made in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom; food-grade materials are available, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The 5L format is suitable for laundry detergent and other liquid soap packaging, and the screw spout structure distinguishes it from standard pouches with the same specification and use. We support sample/artwork proofing and custom size and layout according to customer requirements, with an MOQ of 10,000 pieces.
For customization, the composite structure can be selected from the listed materials according to the contents and artwork requirements; size, layout, and screw spout matching requirements are confirmed before sampling and production. The pouch is suitable for laundry detergent and other liquid soap packaging, and the final material combination and printing effect are subject to the customer-approved sample.
