10L Bag-in-Box for Syrup with Butterfly Valve | BIB Liquid Packaging

The 10L Bag-in-Box for syrup consists of a flexible laminated film bag combined with an outer box. The bag outlet is fitted with a butterfly valve, which supports syrup filling, sealed storage and pump-based dispensing. Common laminate structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, allowing the barrier and flex-crack performance to be matched to the specific syrup formulation.

The laminated film thickness ranges from 15 to 25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm, multi-layer lamination), balancing stiffness, puncture resistance and flexibility for filling and transport at a 10L capacity. The butterfly valve is the defining feature that distinguishes this product from standard-valve versions of the same size and application: its outlet bore and valve body are configured for continuous dispensing of medium-viscosity liquids such as syrup, and it connects readily with beverage dispensers and syrup pumps.

Production follows the sequence of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure work, reproducing brand artwork and solid color areas in detail, while bag making and heat sealing control seal width and seal integrity to reduce leakage risk. Manufacturing takes place in a Class 10,000 clean workshop using food-grade materials, and material certificates can be supplied upon customer request.

For customization, the factory offers sampling from customer samples or artwork and can customize dimensions and print layout to customer requirements. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
