Product Overview
The 5L Bag-in-Box for liquid egg consists of a food-grade multi-layer laminated film bag, a button valve and an outer box. Common laminate structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, allowing the structure to be selected according to the barrier and strength requirements of liquid egg.
The bag film thickness is 15–25 silk (multi-layer laminate). The button valve is heat-sealed to the bag body, making metered dispensing and repeated opening and closing easier; this valve configuration is the key structural feature that distinguishes this product from standard bag-in-box of the same volume. Bag style, valve position and fitment layout can be customized to the customer's filling equipment and application.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 color gravure printing available. Bag making and heat sealing are carried out in a Class 10,000 clean workshop, and food-grade materials are used; material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The product is intended for packaging and handling of liquid egg and similar liquid egg products. It is produced in Dongguan, Guangdong, with an MOQ of 10,000 pieces. The factory offers sampling based on customer samples or artwork, as well as customized sizes and artwork.
