Common composite materials for the bag body include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). The composite structure can be selected for egg liquid packaging requirements, and size and artwork can be customized on request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The process flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom, using food-grade materials; material certificates can be provided on customer request. Place of origin: Dongguan, Guangdong.
