This product is a 10L Bag-in-Box (BIB) for dairy, with a butterfly valve as its technical variant, distinguishing it from same-size dairy BIB products without this valve. The bag body uses multi-layer laminated film; common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 丝 (multi-layer lamination).
Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
We support sample or artwork-based proofing and can customize dimensions and artwork according to customer requirements. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces, and the origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
