この液体ポーチは3Lの手動ポンプディスペンサーを対象としており、アルコール消毒液、洗い流不要のゲル、類似の液体に実用的な選択肢となります。袋本体は通常自立袋またはピロタイプで、3方シールまたは4方シールにより、フラットで強固なシールを形成します。取り出し部では、シングルスパウト、バルブ付きスパウト、外付けポンプヘッドから選択でき、インターフェースは手動ディスペンサーに合うサイズになっています。液体は押圧またはポンプ操作でスムーズに取り出せ、こぼれが少なくなるため、店舗、作業場、その他のサービスエリアでも繰り返し使いやすいです。

PET/PE、NY/PE、PET/VMPET/PEなどのラミネートフィルムを使用し、内容物とバリア性能のニーズに合わせて厚さや材料の配合を調整できます。表面には1～8色のグラビア印刷に対応しているため、アートワークは鮮明で、ロット間でも色の一貫性が維持されます。容量は100ml～5Lに対応し、スパウト径、ポーチ寸法、シール幅はいずれも調整可能です。同じ素材のロールフィルムもご用意しているため、後続生産では袋とロールフィルムで同一の配合式を使用できます。
