製品概要

250ml液体ポーチ袋は、スパウトを備えた四辺シール構造です。四辺すべてを同時に熱シールすることで、平坦で丈夫なポーチ本体と大面積の印刷可能面が得られます。上部またはコーナーにスクリューキャップ付きのスパウトが装着されており、充填後にスパウトから直接ソースを注ぐことができ、ポーチも簡単に再シールできます。これは同容量・同用途の三辺シール品や自立袋タイプとの明確な構造面・充填面の違いです。

素材では、主なラミネート構成としてPET/AL/PE、PET/NY/PE、PET/VMPET/PE、PET/PE、PA/PE、PET/AL/NY/PE、クラフト紙/PE、PET/VMPET/NY/PEなどがあり、ソースの油分、酸性度および光感応性に応じて選択します。多層ラミネート厚は15–25Silk（0.15–0.25mm）に管理し、剛性、バリア性能およびシール強度のバランスを図っています。

生産工程は、グラビア印刷 → ラミネート → スリット → 製袋 → 熱シールの順で、1–8色のグラビア印刷に対応しています。製袋は10000クラスのクリーン工場で行われ、食品グレードの素材を使用しています。素材証明書は”的要求に応じて提出可能です。

カスタマイズには、顧客のサンプルまたはアートワークに基づく試作採取と、カスタムサイズおよびアートワークレイアウトのカスタマイズが含まれ、スパウト位置、ポーチサイズ、印刷デザインも顧客の要求に合わせて調整できます。最小ロットは10,000個で、生産は中国広東省東莞を拠点としています。
