This 250ml liquid pouch bag features a four-side seal structure with a spout: all four edges are heat-sealed at once, giving a flat, firm pouch body with a large printable surface area. A spout with a screw cap is fitted at the top or corner, so sauce can be poured directly through the spout after filling and the pouch can be reclosed easily — a clear structural and filling difference from same-capacity, same-use three-side seal or stand-up pouch variants.
For materials, common laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selected according to the oil content, acidity and light-sensitivity of the sauce; multi-layer laminate thickness is controlled at 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm) to balance stiffness, barrier performance and seal strength.
Production follows the process of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 colour gravure printing available. Bag making is carried out in a 10000-class cleanroom, and food-grade materials are used, with material certificates available on customer request.
Customisation includes sampling from customer samples or artwork, and customised dimensions and artwork layouts — including spout position, pouch size and printed design — to customer requirements. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production based in Dongguan, Guangdong.
