This liquid pouch is built for 3L manual pump dispensers, making it a practical choice for alcohol hand sanitizer, rinse-free gel and similar liquids. The bag body is typically stand-up or pillow type with three-side or four-side sealed edges, giving a flat, tight seal. On the dispensing end you can choose a single spout, a valve spout or an external pump head, with the interface sized to match manual dispensers. Liquid flows out smoothly by squeezing or pumping, which reduces spills and makes repeated use easy in stores, workshops and other service areas.
We use laminated films such as PET/PE, NY/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, and the thickness and material mix can be adjusted to suit the contents and barrier needs. Surfaces support 1-8 colour gravure printing, so artwork stays crisp and colours remain consistent across runs. Volume options range from 100ml to 5L, with spout diameter, pouch dimensions and seal width all open to adjustment.
