This product is a 2L liquid pouch bag for soy sauce manufactured by Dongguan Kangdi Packaging, with a screw spout as the key variant. It is distinguished from same-size, same-use pouch bags without a spout or with other spout types by its 2L specification, soy sauce application, and screw spout feature.
The pouch body uses a multi-layer composite structure. Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 15–25 silk. The material structure can be selected according to customer requirements, and size and artwork can be customized for 2L soy sauce liquid pouch packaging.
Printing is 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The production site is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 cleanroom. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization services include proofing from samples/drawings and custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Before proofing, material structure, thickness, printing colors, size, and layout requirements can be confirmed before proceeding to the subsequent production process.
