製品概要

この液体包装ポーチは、粘度の高いソース类产品向けの設計で、幅広の四辺または三辺の熱シールを備えたスパウト付き自立袋の構造を採用しているため、積み重ねや輸送中にも漏れずに使用できます。大径のプラスチック製スパウトが粘度の高い内容物を円滑に流すため、ごまペースト、辣油など、流量の低い製品に適しています。ねじ式キャップまたは内部プラグを追加できるため、開封後もポーチを再密封でき、最終ユーザーが内容物を取り出したり保存したりするのに便利です。

ポーチは通常、PET/PA/PEまたはPET/AL/PA/PEでラミネート加工され、内側に食品グレードのシール層を形成します。フィルム厚とバリア構造は、耐油性、耐酸性または遮光性に応じて調整できます。表面には1～8色のグラビア印刷が可能で、安定した套裁と豊かな色をブランドデザイン、原材料表示、バーコードおよび使用上の注意書きに表現できます。充填量は100ml～6Lで、1L、3L、5L、6Lが最も一般的で、同じ材料のロールフィルムもお客様の充填ラインに合わせて供給できます。
